What to include

For an order question, include the order number and checkout email. Add a tracking number for delivery concerns, and attach clear photos or video when an item is damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or defective. Privacy requests may require reasonable identity verification.

Response times can be longer during carrier investigations, peak periods, or holidays. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, or account passwords by ordinary email.
