Refund Policy

Request window and eligible items

Return or exchange requests may be made within 30 days after delivery. Eligible change-of-mind or selection-error returns must be new, unused, and in their original condition. Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items can also be reviewed without limiting rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Approval before mailing

Email ehuwinom772@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, reason for the request, and photos or video when an item has a problem. Wait for approval and the confirmed return address before mailing anything. The General mailing address is not automatically the returns warehouse.

Labels, fees, and exchanges

A free prepaid return label is included in the parcel for an eligible approved return. If it is missing or lost, contact us for help. Approval is still required before mailing. We do not charge a restocking fee. Exchanges are accepted when eligibility is confirmed and replacement inventory is available.

Refund timing

After approval, we process or initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Banks and card issuers may need additional time to post the credit.
