Products and orders

We aim to present accurate product, option, image, and price information, while minor display differences or corrections can occur. Submitting an order is an offer to buy; acceptance follows successful review and payment authorization.

Pricing, tax, and delivery

Amounts are shown in CAD. Applicable taxes, delivery choices, and charges are displayed during checkout. Delivery timing is governed by the Shipping Policy.

Returns and exchanges

Eligible new and unused change-of-mind returns, qualifying problem-item returns, and exchanges are accepted under the Refund Policy. Requests must be made within 30 days after delivery; approved returns are mailed using the confirmed instructions.
