Canadian order preparation

After payment is authorized, GCI Outdoor orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. This handling period is separate from transit time.

Delivery estimates and charges

Eligible destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout in CAD. Once a parcel has shipped, estimated transit is 4–6 business days, excluding weekends and applicable holidays. Carrier conditions can affect these estimates, so no exact arrival date is guaranteed.

Address accuracy and tracking

Please review the delivery address before completing checkout. Tracking updates are supplied when available. If tracking is delayed, a parcel is missing, or a shipment appears delivered but cannot be found, email ehuwinom772@gmail.com with the order number and tracking details.

Damaged parcels

Keep the packaging and photograph visible damage, missing parts, or an incorrect item. Our team will review the information and explain the available next step.
